Former Leucato cellar, the house has been completely redone to become the loft of a local painter. You can enjoy the volumes of this bright space, as well as the calm of the cul-de-sac. In the heart of the village, you can enjoy nearby a large public parking lot accessible directly from the cul-de-sac, the bowling alley, the children's playground, the site of the old castle with stunning views, as well as the plateau for walking.
