Elvio is more than a great host. He is friendly, helpful and has given a lot of insider tips. We could not have done some locations and excursion destinations. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures and everything you need is there. You can also use your bikes to drive about 8 minutes to a great bakery in the morning. The pool of the complex is about 50m from the house and very clean. In the house itself are also things like badminton, bocchia and other games. The garden and the house are located in a fantastic property. We were on site with a total of 4 adults and 2 infants. The outdoor grill also invites you to have a great meal. In the garden there is also an outdoor shower for particularly hot days. We highly recommend the house and Elvio as hosts and were certainly not with him the last time. You can reach Bardolino in about 5 minutes by car - the location is also great for other excursions. 5 star for this

Beautiful, clean and uncluttered, newer construction, nicely appointed, private and very secure home, in a quiet neighbourhood. Some great restaurants that were recommended are within walking distance. Amenities as listed on the Airbnb profile were exactly as described, there were no surprises. The in-ground pool is also very private and was a welcome feature we used most evenings that helped provide some relief from the summer heat. Our host, Markus, was very accommodating, friendly, and provided prompt and courteous responses to any questions we had.

We stayed at Stefania for a weekend looking for relaxation away from the chaos of Milan. The property is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtful: Stefania personally makes sure everything is clean and tidy. Although it was still not warm enough to use the pool, we enjoyed the barbecue, the billiards, and moments of true relaxation by the bathtub. The spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are tastefully furnished and designed to ensure maximum comfort. Great value too. Stefania was very kind, always available and flexible even for check-in. We will definitely be back!

What can I say, absolutely lost for words. An absolutely stunning, gorgeous place nestled in the mountains. The view is breathtaking. The mountain air in the morning and evening fill up the villa. Beautiful is an understatement. The villa is absolutely wonderful, to sit outside and have dinner with the view of the mountains and lake was such a fantastic experience one that will always be remembered. What really also made the experience memorable for me was the wonderful community of Muslone. The friendly locals are so warm and kind, you are immediately welcomed and made to feel like part of the family. Enzo you were amazing. Thank you so much for looking after us. When we come back and stay again, it will now feel like visiting a second home.

We felt like at home right after arrival only on vacation. No stress just relax. There was a welcome wine and also a water so we didn't have to go shopping right away. Valentina was also always easy to reach and very helpful. Good recommendation for a restaurant. From the balcony and terrace, the sunrise is breathtaking. Gladly come back.

We were a family of 9 adults, 2 infants and one baby. There was more than enough space for everyone. the room downstairs had a great selection of toys to keep the little ones entertained. Everything that we needed was there with plenty of crockery etc in the kitchen. Loved the pool with plenty loungers and outdoor seating. Great location for exploring the lake, although we did have a car for longer journeys. Novella was a great host, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, even confirming a spa booking for us when our phones wouldn’t work! Would highly recommend this property and ordering a pre prepared meal from Chef Manuel for arrival in the evening was a most welcome and delicious start to our holiday.

It was very pleasant to stay at Alexia's Villa. The house is equipped with all amenities and services. Honorable mention for the kitchen, very large and super equipped, and for the 3 full bathrooms, which allow you to experience the house in a practical way even for groups of 8-9 people, as was ours. Alexia proved to be a capable and super helpful host, very kind and flexible on check-in/check-out times. The villa is located in a very quiet and peaceful setting and a few minutes' drive from the town center, so it is also very convenient for reaching supermarkets and restaurants. The property is also in a strategic location for reaching nearby towns, such as Salò and Desenzano, both about a 20-minute drive away. Super positive experience, highly recommended!!!

Pros: Lovely garden and a nice pool. Helpful host. Quiet and good beds and linens to sleep in. Big bedrooms and good toilet facilities. Cons: Nothing big nor things the host could affect. In short, a lovely old Italian countryside home with fabulous garden, nice pool and a fabulous host. Would recommend any time.

The villa is very nice and superbly equipped, sparkling clean, exactly as shown in the photos and with a beautiful view of Lake Garda. From the garden and the pool you can hear the busy bypass road, which leads in 5 minutes by car to several supermarkets and in 15 minutes to the waterfront of Salò with many beautiful shops and restaurants. The five of us spent a very nice week here with our dog and Corrado was extremely helpful. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The Pool & Jacuzzi were absolute highlights – perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay all the more pleasant. The location and the view are fantastic – quiet and idyllic. The contact with the landlord was also great: very quick and helpful answers to all questions. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

It was one the nicest places I have stayed at. The Vila is extremely clean and the design and decors are outstanding! Not to mention the spectacular views. Everything been extremely pleasing and the hosts been absolutely amazing! We cannot wait to back and highly highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay and did not want to leave. We stayed as a family, 2 adults and 3 teens. The villa is stunning and location is absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes walk into the town, close to restaurants and shops yet directly on the lake. The views are jaw droppingly beautiful. The house has lots of antique furniture so you need to adapt to seeing signs around the place asking you to be careful with certain pieces but that didn’t bother us at all. The kids swam in the pool and the lake, we rode the bikes (available for use) around the lake. There is a ferry drop off/collection point just a few metres from the villa and we very easily took the ferry over to Limone (highly recommend). We loved Malcesine itself. Beautiful restaurants, bars, shops. And it felt a little less busy than some of the other towns on the lake which made it perfect for our stay. Sofia was very thoughtful, even having Easter eggs ready for the kids on our arrival. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful vacation in a beautiful home! The house has been recently renovated, it has 5 rooms all with new bathrooms, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a magnificent lawn in front with magnificent views. Camillo is a very nice and helpful host. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful inside and out! We really enjoyed our stay. A little hard to get there but once we figured it out, we were fine. The hosts were lovely and kind.

We had a wonderful time in this lovingly furnished house. Pool and terrace are really nice and the outdoor area has been cleaned every day. In the garden there were turtles, a cat and chickens - so we got fresh eggs for breakfast daily. The house was clean, well maintained and well equipped down to the last detail and left nothing to be desired. Luca, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable. 😊

Our family of 5 adults had an amazing 6 day stay in this beautiful home. it was spacious, well equipped and set in an absolutely stunning location. We really enjoyed the outside pool, and BBQ and even though it rained for 3 days we still got to appreciate the fire and space to spread out inside. Salo is so beautiful but recommend also checking out Riva del Garda, about an hour's drive away.

I cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful home in Verona. Guendalina was an amazing host, sent very clear and detailed instructions how to find the home, greeted us upon arrival to make sure we had everything needed, was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire trip. The property is breathtaking and perfect for a romantic getaway but close enough to many amazing things to do. Make sure you buy some olive oil from the hosts that they make themselves! It’s phenomenal. Everything about our stay far exceeded expectations. We are already planning a trip back!

Our stay here was great. In fact, it happened to me for the first time here that the pictures of the view in the listing didn't do justice to the actual view. The view from the terrace is truly phenomenal, overlooking the entire southern end of Lake Garda! The house itself was very neat and fully met our requirements. The only thing you don't see so well in the pictures is that the owners' house is actually relatively close to the AirBnB. So when you are out and about, you are usually within sight / hearing distance of the owners. Since the owners were super friendly and relaxed, there were no problems with us, but it may still be good to know.

We felt very comfortable. The villa was an absolute dream. Communication has always worked well and quickly. On foot it is somewhat dangerous to get to the village on the street, but there is plenty of parking in the village. Absolutely recommended!

We had a fantastic week at the villa on Lake Garda! The accommodation is ideal for larger groups – we were there with 16 people and felt completely comfortable. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great pool, the well equipped kitchen and the breathtaking view of Lake Garda. The villa is very well maintained and offers plenty of space to relax in. A small drawback was the partly unstable wifi, but it hardly affected our vacation. Overall an absolute recommendation – we'd come back anytime!
