Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Levy County

Ashley’s house was lovely! Great natural light. Cool bead board paneling. Very cool wood porch. The artist in me just loved it. The layout in interesting. I imagine it was added onto once or twice. There are two upstairs bedrooms. If you’re up in one bedroom you have to go downstairs and then back up another set of stairs to get to the other bedroom. The back porch really has a great view and we did watch the sunrise there most days. Cemetery Point Park was a nice walk. The beach there was pretty brackish though and we only swam in it once. The public beach was a short drive and we went there most days. It has a playground right on the beach which was AWESOME for our kids. We also got to see hundreds of horse shoe crabs on that beach. (Strange critters but harmless.) There are shells or something on the bottom that are easy to scrape your feet on. Also, if you walk out much deeper than your knees the bottom is squishy mud. Probably normal for beaches in this part of Florida.

Clean and simple. Beautiful property and next trip up I will try to stay there again.

Juan’s home was clean and lots of towels provided. This home is perfect for family’s gatherings. We enjoyed all the activities that were provided at the house. Grocery stores and food was only 10/15 minutes away. Plus we enjoyed staying close to the springs. Thank you so much for providing excellent services, We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was as advertised and the pool area was great. The home has easy access to the river and is close to nearby springs.

Francis's place is really cute, spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is in a nice neighborhood and is very close to the Rainbow Springs State Park. There are restaurants and grocery stories close by. Francis actively communicated and provided clear instructions. The care and attention was reflected in the way the place has been set up as well as in the details such as complementary snacks, water, etc. We will definitely stay there again.

This is the perfect place to stay on theRiver so peaceful and private. This place has so much of a nostalgic vibe, like at grandmas place. Perfectly nice and had everything we needed but not so nice we couldn’t enjoy ourselves in the space. Matt was a fantastic host and was extremely responsive throughout our stay. Would stay here again 100%. the AC works great, super cold…tip there are two thermostats, the old one got me…THANKS MATT!

Wonderful home, very close to Dunnellon Trail and Rainbow springs. Good fishing in the backyard with use of the boat. Quiet area very relaxing anytime of year

This little apartment was perfect for our family of 3 and was perfectly located for walking to restaurants and the beach. We also enjoyed renting the golf cart and farmer's market!

Peaceful Oasis. We intentionally booked here because we knew the community was recovering from the 2024 hurricane. Heard amazing reviews about Cedar Key and it didn't disappoint. The community is strong in their recovery efforts and so appreciative of visitors. The locals are chill and very friendly. Enjoyed amazing seafood at Steamers (best chowder), delicious lattes/breakfast at the Prickly Palm (cutest vibe), incredible aerial views of the keys & Gulf of America (Cedar Key Island Air Tours/shout out to Pilot Bill!), beautiful sunsets at the point, and star gazing at night. Plenty to do in Cedar Key and walked to all of it. Did a few worthwhile day trips(Crystal River, Manatee State Park). Can't speak enough about our trip and HIGHLY recommend Creed's listing for two. Just as pristine as pictured and better. Amenities, linens, mattress, pillows and decor were high quality and very comfortable. The views from the private patio are the best around. 1000% would stay here again!

Great accommodations and great location. Room was super clean and had all you need. Nice balcony to sit and look over the beach area, and within walking distance to everything. Only recommendation is to provide clearer instructions to using the key pad if you have a late check in. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was our 2nd stay and at Salomon's and it is an awesome location if going to Rainbow Springs. the town of Dunnellon has great eating and close to grocery stores. everything is within a few miles.

Highly Recommend! Found this gem last minute for a spontaneous weekend get away with hubby. Amazing views!! The place was just adorable and we felt so comfortable right from the greeting by Sonya; She was delightful. Dace was on top of everything, and patient with me being somewhat new to AirBnB. I have to admit, the elevator did make me feel ritzy for a weekend too, loved that! I know hotels have them but it’s different in a house & going up 4 floors! Oh, and no need to stop at the Welcome Center before check in. Sonya & Dace have everything you need in a binder right there on the table! Super helpful & saved us a stop. lol We will 100% stay here again!

Beautiful unit, great location across the street from the beach/park and walking distance to all downtown shops and restaurants. Unit was well kept and have everything needed and more. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this property. We loved it and will return another time. Fortunately this property was not severely impacted by hurricane Helene. Other parts of Cedar Key are working to recover from the storm surge damage. The unit is within walking distance to everything in Cedar Key. Beautiful views, wonderful unit with everything labeled and great information available concerning the area. We highly recommend the airplane tour of the area available on weekends (or you can call and arrange). Very affordable and the pilot (Bill) is a wealth of knowledge

This was an amazing stay. The Cedar Key are was devasted from hurricane Helene, We were happy to be able to contribute to the local economy. Our accommodation was more than spectacular. The condo was clean and it has the most amazing view. It was peaceful and quiet and this was the best weekend we have had in a very long time. We will be back. 10 our of 10.

My family and I have been coming to cedar key since I could walk-and probably before! It’s one of our favorite areas to travel to and Kristi’s place made us feel right at home! Absolutely loved our stay!

This is a very nice apartment with spectacular views. We found it clean and well decorated . It is one of the few places on Florida’s gulf coast where you can watch the sunrise over the gulf. We had an issue with one of the rules but it was quickly resolved. Also there were a few unfortunate plumbing issues but again the management company was quick to resolve them. The hot tub was not functioning during most of our stay but I believe it is now repaired. The Cedar Key Market is finally reopened so you no longer need to drive to Chiefland to get a loaf of bread. Be aware that there are 40 steps to the apartment. The price of that wonderful view, but it may be an issue if you have mobility issues.

I came to Cedar Key to fish from my kayak, which I did every day. The area is quite beautiful. I expored two of the islands in the Gulf of Mexico. They are a ways offshore so I had to make sure that it wasn't too windy or rough. The islands are uninhabited and in their natural state. I saw manatees, dolphins, eagles, ospreys and numerous shore birds including herons, ibises, spoonbills, pelicans, terns and gulls. I also saw a racoon foraging on an oyster bar. I did some exploring in the waterways adjacent to cedar key. They are very shallow so I had to check the tide chart to make sure there would be enough water. I did catch some nice fish, which I grilled over charcoal. The deck was a beautiful place to relax on and eat supper on. There are hundreds of birds emerging from the mangroves in the evening and flying to their roosting areas. Ken and Marylee were very responsive to any questions that I had. The condo was well appointed and all the appliances worked well.

Lori’s place is a nice, quiet Airbnb set off a beautiful tributary off the Gulf. It’s clean and safe, which is my first priority. The kitchen is well stocked for home-cooked meals, and bathrooms have plenty of towels and hot water. Good restaurants are within walking distance. I would certainly stay here again.
