It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

Our one-bedroom garden flat is in a perfect location for a quiet night's sleep being just a few minutes from Preston Park and London road shops, pubs, restaurants and nightlife. The small garden and patio is fairly secluded and south east facing. Located 1.6 miles from the beach (Brighton Pier) and 1 mile from the North Lanes which leads into the main city centre.
