Secure cycle storage is available, the area is perfect for on and off-road cycling and we can advise guests on some great routes. Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Our charming cottage forms part of a grade 2 listed mill, residing in the tranquil hamlet of Wensley just outside the market town of Leyburn. The contemporary country style loft cottage is warm and welcoming. The cottage is rural and surrounded by fields in all directions. Rest and relax in front of the log burner on a cold winter's evening or unwind with a glass of your favourite tipple in the enclosed garden with hot tub looking out over the idyllic views of Wensleydale, towards Penn Hill.

The cottage is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few minutes’ walk from the pretty Georgian square in the centre of Richmond, North Yorkshire. Recently fully renovated, it provides spacious, comfortable accommodation. Richmond is a historic market town with unique shops, great restaurants, tea rooms and bars. It boasts a magnificent Norman castle on the spectacular Swale river with plenty of walks and sight-seeing, both locally and further afield in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

Holme View, Masham

Holme View is a terraced cottage on the edge of Masham which was renovated in 2014 and has been redecorated in 2020 and upgraded to align with the new Fire regulations in 2024. It sleeps a maximum 4 people in two bedrooms (1 king size; 1 superking or 2 x singles), is fully equipped for holiday use and rated 4-star by Visit England. It enjoys it's own parking and attached garage, and looks over open spaces towards the River Ure at the front and the Black Sheep Brewery to the rear.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

The annexe also has ramped access so is suitable for less mobile guests. We are ideally positioned for visitors wishing to explore the area on foot, bike, bus, or car and there are a number of fabulous walks right from our door.
