A great place to stay, the check in was seamless, the flat matched the description and our expectations. The location is spot on and within easy reach of all amenities and sights of interest. The easily accessible secure parking is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

This is a comfortable flat with lovely views over the river Esk. Easy to walk into the centre of Whitby with plenty of pubs and restaurants close by. It was well equipped, clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ryan's Unique Apartment on Normanby Terrace was fantastic. very close to West Cliff, Beach, Restaurants and Pubs. the Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Ryan was very welcoming and very responsive when asked questions. We parked in the sports hall car park and paid for 4 days without any issues. this was a 5 min walk from the apartment. we would certainly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again. The Verdant apartment is a wonderful place to stay. I was in town for a conference, but tend to prefer a bit more space than a hotel. This gave me space to work, prepare my own breakfasts and relax in the evenings. The flat is comfortable and beautifully decorated with a modern feel, and has great facilities and appliances. Its location is perfect (and I recommend The Inn opposite for a terrific pint of Timothy Taylor’s Landlord). Parking in the nearby Jubilee car park is also very convenient. I’ll certainly be back!

We had a really great time in Debra's home. Her place is clean, comfortable, and close to the beaches, supermarkets, and restaurants. Debra is warm, welcoming, and quick to respond to texts/emails. We look forward to returning again in the Fall. Thank you so much, Debra! xx

Ian was a great host. excellent communication at all times. The house was in a good location within close proximity of shops, pubs and restaurants of Harrogate. Would definitely book again when visiting Harrogate.

The property was perfect - well maintained and clean. It is also very well equipped and comfortable, and ideal for a family. Arun was a super responsive host. Situated on a quiet street off West Road, it is a perfectly located for public transporting easy access to the centre of Newcastle. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. The house exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do it justice. We stayed over the Christmas period and the house was festively decorated. Spotlessly clean with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Everything you could need was provided for our stay. It is around 15-20 minute walk into town and the canal path there provided a lovely walk. We really enjoyed clocking up our steps ending with a visit to the many lovely pubs that Skipton has to offer. Highly recommend

Great accommodation in a great location, right in the middle of Hebden Bridge.

It was a great home to make our base to the Lakes. Windermere is about 45 mins drive. the house had more bedroom than we expected, decent kitchen, 3 bathrooms and local superstores about 4 minutes drive. Free on street parking may not be found always outside the house but never more than a minute's walk away. the small patio at the back was nice right outside the kitchen. Definately good value for money!

The house is beautiful, very clean, we had everything we needed. It is the nicest and cleanest house we have stayed in on vacation.I would definitely recommend, the area is very beautiful.

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.

We stayed at Claudia’s gorgeous flat in Clitheroe for a gig and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The flat was beautifully presented, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Claudia was a lovely and helpful host, and the personalised message she left for us was such a thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay again – highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is finished to a high standard. You can hear a small bit of noise from the other apartment, but nothing that bothered us. It’s right by the river with a small balcony to sit on. It’s well located with around a 20 min drive to Windermere. Sophie and Mark were very responsive on messages.

Great little 1 bedroom flat and lovely hosts. The flat feels very spacious, modern and clean. Richard and Caroline are very helpful and friendly. I’d highly recommend this place. Walking distance to train station, bus stop, local pub and canal.

Diane’s apartment was delightful. Tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. It was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed for our stay and is the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in. It is conveniently situated in the centre of Malton with a designated parking space. The only thing we might say is that, if you have a big vehicle, parking can be a bit tight. Thank you Diane.

We really enjoyed our stay. Paul made it easy to check in and was really responsive if we had questions or queries. lovely location on the edge of Haltwhistle and made accessing Hadrian's wall super easy too. Mile Castle 42 was just at the other end of the road (probably still a fair drive/walk along hilly terrain so be warned)! Along with mile castle inn (great for a pitstop cold drink or a hot meal). The space was lovely and was perfect for our needs. thanks again for having us Paul.

We had a great stay, a brilliant location to walk to all the amazing things to do in York. The apartment was really clean , well equipped and spacious for the 3 of us with a good layout to relax after a day of sightseeing! Chris was a great host with really helpful and proactive instructions and recommendations. Would definitely stay again should we return to York. Thanks Chris!

Truly wonderful and stylish flat in fabulous location for all that Ilkley has to offer. The flat was comfortable, warm, had everything we needed and felt secure and private. The bonus of a parking space at the back of the property (having unloaded at the front) was brilliant. The owners had left plenty of UHT milks, teabags, coffee, herbs and spices, oil, washing powder, dishwasher tablets and so on which meant we really were off to a good start in the kitchen - best of all were the amazing bright yellow yolked fresh eggs from their own hens which was a really lovely touch (when available) There are several mini flights of stairs to get up which was fine for us.

Great central location with a beautiful balcony to sit at right on the waters edge. Paul and Becky were great hosts with excellent communication through both my stays here. Property was accurately described and would definitely stay again and recommend to all.
