A 1h00 de Paris, à la limite de l'Ile de France et de la Normandie, nous proposons une maison Normande pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 15 pers, dans un parc de 2 ha. bien entretenu, avec court de tennis (en partage sympathique avec le voisin), piscine privative (Juin à Août), Jacuzzi, Terrain de pétanque, Balançoires. Egalement un Golf 18 trous à 10min en voiture. Mélange équilibré entre tradition et modernité, c'est un environnement idéal pour des séjours entre amis, familles, ou collègues.

The studio is located on a quiet street, it is completely independent on the ground floor and offers a patio that is not overlooked, the city center and the castle are a few steps away. Parking nearby (opposite or church parking.) It has all the amenities to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Linens and towels are at your disposal as well as the essentials for lunch (coffee, sugar, chocolate, tea) and for cooking (salt, pepper, etc.) you will sleep in a BZ sofa bed (140/190).

In an exceptional quiet setting, a studio awaits you for 2 people, 20m2. A seating area, 2 armchairs, raisable coffee table and TV, kitchen (hob, mini oven, microwave, fridge, senseo coffee maker), bathroom with wc and a double bed. A terrace in front of the accommodation, shared garden with us and intimate covered space of 35m2, table, barbecue, petanque court in the forest of 5 hectares. Our house and another gite are next door. (chickens, dog, cat in the wild)

The strong point of the apartment is its original character, not to mention its bright and functional side. Located in the old mill, this gives it a subtle blend of authenticity and contemporary. Close to shops and the supermarket, all within walking distance. You can stroll past the stalls of local producers at the markets of Ivry-la-Bataille and Ézy-sur-Eure. It has direct access to the Voie Verte and is an ideal place if you want to discover the Châteaux.

The tiny-house "Cupidon" is ideal for 1 or 2 people, whether you are travelling for personal or business reasons. Comfortable bedding awaits you.
