Furnished studio with kitchenette, private shower and toilet. Only the front door of the apartment is shared with me, then the studio is well separated from the rest of the apartment which is configured in 2 distinct parts. Ideally located and close to amenities, everything is within walking distance. The accommodation is on the first floor of a small, recent building, secure and surrounded by greenery. Free parking at the bottom of the building. Bus to Rennes 2 minutes' walk. 1 km from INRA and Théodore Monod high school.
