Appartamento composto da una camera matrimoniale (a cui può essere aggiunto un altro letto), un bagno, una cucina privata e proprio giardino.

La pergola esterna con glicine e tavolo per la colazione, baciati dal primo sole mattutino, mentre sul lato opposto, una sorta di patio naturale con la pavimentazione in pietra e alcuni ulivi, ombreggiano l'ampio spazio utilizzabile per il pranzo e la cena.
