The cottage is located in a quiet part of the village of Mníšek near Liberec - Fojtka is 8 km from Liberec. It is 200m from the Fojtka dam and 1km from the Ypsilon golf course. The cottage is built in a forest where anyone who loves nature can relax. In basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, also ski preparation room, bike storage. Parking lot is just next to the house.

Breakfast is included and it is served in the deli store Lahudky Vahala (downstairs, same building as the apartment).
