The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

It is located in the village of Mikulášovice and falls under the Protected Landscape Area of Bohemian Switzerland, more precisely its part of Labské Pískovce. There is also a protected bird sanctuary. The kitchen is furnished with new furniture, the other equipment is partly old preserved, partly restored. Beds have new mattresses. The accommodation is complemented by a lockable space for bike storage and a sauna, which is available for a fee in the basement of the house.
