There is an outdoor seating area and a children's playground in the garden, and a sauna in the basement. A ski lift with artificial snow is right in the village, large ski resorts are in close proximity. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.
