The cottage is located in a quiet part of the village of Mníšek near Liberec - Fojtka is 8 km from Liberec. It is 200m from the Fojtka dam and 1km from the Ypsilon golf course. The cottage is built in a forest where anyone who loves nature can relax. Jsme přímo pod sjezdovku a při příznivých sněhových podmínkách lze ke sjezdovce dojet na lyžích. Všechny chaty i apartmánová studia mají svou vlastní koupelnu a kuchyňský koutek.
