Simple apartment but with the necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if there is anything you need. He offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

Everything about it was excellent, a beautiful experience. The house is very finished. We felt right at home. Great indoor parking and the possibility of using a washer and dryer. Well-stocked kitchen (oven, microwave, electric coffee maker).

We had a most wonderful time in Elena and Antonio's apartment. We have been personally greeted by them and they gave us an extensive list of tips for museums, cinemas and restaurants which turned out to be absolutely spot-on. Thanks to them we found our favourite fish restaurant, Il Pescato del Canevone, just round the corner. The apartment is a beautifully decorated, carefully curated space with a wonderful atmosphere - we felt really at home from the first minute. They managed to combine modern interior design with the historic building in the best way.  It was absolutely clean, there are very comfortable beds and they spoil you with free water, snacks, tea, coffee and sweets. Elena and Antonio are a very sweet couple. They are there to help you with anything and everything - thank you so much for being not just perfect, but very welcoming and supportive hosts.  We would love to come back. 

This location was very close to the place where our youngest daughter is temporarily studying. We were able to spend a lot of time together during that week of autumn holidays. Ideal location to explore Forli and its surroundings. Beautiful terrace to wake up in the morning and have breakfast in the morning sun. We were able to contact our contact person Salvatore for any questions and problems, who together with his wife were very friendly and helpful for handing over the keys and for check-out. They even offered further help to our daughter for the further time of her studies and if necessary. Communication with both Matteo and Salvatore went very smoothly and without any problem. In other words: a very nice experience and very friendly hosts to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks again Matteo, Salvatore and wife and we know where we can go when we return to Forli again!!!

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. Having two bathrooms made our stay much easier. For those traveling by car, it is easy to find free parking near the apartment.

The stay was great. We had booked 2 hours in advance and were allowed in quite spontaneously. She immediately gave us tips for the area and welcomed us in a friendly way.

We were in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I had a good time. We really appreciated being able to stay longer than the scheduled check-out time. Luca and Daila also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

Apartment matching the description. Friendly and helpful host. As far as I'm concerned, very comfortable apartment, as it is equipped with various appliances (not all are equipped with an electric and immersion blender!). I also appreciated the location as it allows you to park your car comfortably and there is a deli/pastry shop and a fried food shop a few meters from the house.

We were four guests, the house is very nice and equipped, they left us water and some snacks, excellent location, a stone's throw from the center...everything was perfect! Thank you!

Small house on the ground floor in the middle of the fields, in absolute calm, a few meters from the bike path that runs along the Pò di Venezia canal. Spacious, bright, well equipped. Marilena is a charming host, always responsive. We enjoyed the small attentions. A perfect place for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Pò Delta Park. We recommend it without hesitation!

The space is small but cozy, extremely clean, and has all the necessary amenities. Mirko was very helpful and kind.

The apartment was evidently renovated maybe ten years ago, keeping the tiles, perhaps original, in the kitchen and bathroom area on the ground floor. I would have avoided some slightly disturbing paintings, but apart from these small things the apartment is pleasant and you feel at home. A comfortable living area with a nice TV, adjacent to the kitchen. The bathrooms are very small but nothing else could be done in these pretty houses in the center. Convenient that you don't have the key. There is a modern combination system to access the house. Comfortable and spacious beds. A perfect location for visiting the center.

Enough space for 3 people. It was good that there were two bedrooms. The double bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect to reach many cities and attractions by car. Beautiful walks directly from the house, e.g. walk through the forest to the beach. The host was very quick to respond to questions, even late at night when we arrived. Very nice touch to check in, there was water, wine, biscuits, coffee, juice. The kitchen is really very well equipped, we found everything we needed. A big plus is also the dishwasher. In particular, I would like to mention the dryer, which is available for the washing machine. We have never had this in any apartment so far - we appreciated the dryer very much, as it was unfortunately rather cold outside and rained several times, so the laundry would not have gotten dry without a dryer. We would have liked a small sofa to be able to watch TV comfortably. But the value is very good and fair.

I would definitely recommend staying at Antonella’s place. The apartment and the surrounding area are beautiful and peaceful, and Antonella and her husband are excellent hosts.

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

We only stayed one night but it was perfect. Private parking 5mn walk (one paying right across if needed to unload the car). Right in the center, a 5-minute walk from San Vitale and other historical sites. Angy was there when we arrived, very friendly and accommodating. Very nice and bright apartment, quiet and comfortable. We recommend it.

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. Everything is impeccable, professional managers... than you can want more. I want to emphasize the tranquility and silence that have pleasantly characterized our stay that are often missing in the accommodation facilities located in the historic centers.

I really enjoyed my stay at Micro & Isotta's place. An easy 10 minute walk from the train station and right at the beginning of the historic city center, the location was very convenient. It was exactly like the photos with a stylish artsy aesthetic and extremely clean, comfortable, had many great amenities and even some drinks and snacks provided! The hosts were very kind, responsive and helpful as well! Isotta came to check me in, familiarize me with everything and gave many great tips for sight-seeing and restaurants. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I wish I could've stayed longer!
