It develops over the second and the last floor of a 17th century small palace: the main floor host a spacious living area that includes a big dining table, two built in sofas and a wide fully equipped kitchen, two large double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with shower. Upstairs, a big terrace overlooks the Cathedral, the sea and the old town roofs, and it includes a second kitchen and a patio with a dining table.
