Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Die Villa liegt in einer idyllischen Grünlage am Fuße des Maurer Berges, abseits der Straße auf einer Anhöhe. Das Apartment ist nach Süden und Osten ausgerichtet und bietet einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf die beeindruckenden, jahrhundertealten Bäume des rund 5000 m² großen Parks sowie auf den malerischen Wienerwald.
