Jaime's place was a wonderful experience. The location, the staff, all of it. The place itself was extremely clean and well equipped. The mgmt always available. Since it is on the 4th floor, the trash was constantly monitored and removed immediately whem full. The deck was swept daily and mats automatically replaced as needed during the rains. The huge covered deck was a blessing as it could be used rain or shine. Air con worked well. A very convenient location in a busy area across from the park. Many trikes available at all times. Robinsons within walking distance and many restaurants and pharmacies. There are three flights of stairs up to be aware of. It was no problem for us. Toney, Gretchen and the mgr Oliver amazingly friendly and professional. Thank you!

It was our first time in Bicol, and staying at R&B Transient made our trip even better! The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. A great bonus was the stocked food and drinks inside the room, making it super convenient for us to grab a quick snack. The bathroom was also well-prepared, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and handwash provided. We truly appreciated the comfort and convenience of our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back again!

Had a great stay! The unit is new, super cozy, and clean no bad spots at all. Maybe adding indoor slippers would be a nice touch, but overall, it’s really comfy. WiFi is also fast, it’s perfect if you need to work. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had a small concern (like a stray dog outside). They even gave us a contact for Kuya Jun, friendly tricycle driver who’s super reliable if you need ride for groceries or just want to explore the area. Big thanks to the host for letting us extend our stay for free for four more hours such a nice gesture! Definitely recommending this place!

Andy's Place Deluxe

This was my second time booking the same room. I felt right at home. I needed short stays to visit my partner while being able to work on the go and figuring out my more permanent place in Legazpi City. One nitpick I have with the place is that I'm too tall for the shower LOL. I'm 6 feet tall so I guess that's on me and it shouldn't be a problem for anyone smaller than me. Nonetheless, I had a very great stay at Andy's Place. Restaurant recommendations for tourists: Arroy Mack's - They serve southeast asian fusion food just about 8 minutes of a walk. Mamay's - My absolute favorite. They serve god-tier burgers and fries. Although It's farther away; Old Albay. You'd have to take a jeep to the Albay Astrodome and walk 5 minutes from there. Marison Hotel - They have a few restaurants (more bougie ones) in this hotel that you can choose from and it's just a 3 minute walk from Andy's Place. I hope you guys find Albay great, and Andy's Place is a great start to make it feel like home.

We had an amazing stay! Everything in the listing was provided, but the place was actually way better in person than we expected. It’s perfect for big groups, and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook dinner for our small gathering. The space was clean and comfortable. The stay was comfortable, hassle-free, and enjoyable. Would definitely book again!

Booked the studio flat for 3 weeks. It was clean, spacious and complete with basic amenities. Wifi speed was top. Lovely host and staff. Ana was always responsive and helpful. Walking distance to the town centre, market and supermarkets. Public transport everywhere. Highly recommended. Will definitely book next time!

Exactly matched the description/listing. Has parking lot. Secured and very near to mall, hospital, convenience stores and pharmacy. Has complete cooking utensils, kitchenware, eating utensils. Plus, the place is spacious. They also allowed us to checkout late. Definitely worth the price!
