Monthly Rentals in Lighthouse Beach Park

Very accommodating hosts, very clean, comfortable space, quiet neighborhood and good location with its proximity to Sanibel. Highly recommend.

We (family of four, 2 young children) had an excellent stay. House is walking distance to the beach, coffee, ice cream and a couple of beach shops. Kids and adults all had a good time due to well equipped kitchen, nice laundry, pool and hot tub. Getting to the beach was easy and John provided a beach wagon, chairs, a cooler and some beach toys. John couldn’t be nicer - his house is right across the street. Feels like he cares a lot about the place and guests. He was very responsive and even let us borrow his own collapsible beach shelter for a couple of sunny days with the kids. We had a great time.

I had an amazing experience at Patrick's Sanibel, Florida property! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable throughout. Everything was exactly as presented - the only surprises were pleasant ones. Enjoying morning coffee on the primary bedroom screened deck with a nature view, was such a plus! Patrick was an outstanding host - communicative, respectful, and always quick to respond. I highly recommend Patrick's place. What a wonderful time and thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Excellent condo perfect for a couple or small family. Close to and easily walkable to the beach. Rebecca was a great host. Very responsive and communicative. There was a brief power outage on the island and it caused an issue with the AC. I let Rebecca know and she had a repair person out within a couple hours to fix it. Would definitely rent from Rebecca again!
