The house is located in an absolutely quiet location on our organic farm in the Ötscher Tormäuer/Alpines Mostviertel nature park. Starting point for excursions and hikes. Ideal for families, bikers and couples. The 68 m² accommodation is fully equipped, has a terrace with a barbecue and a private entrance. The entire property is used by you alone. The village centre with numerous leisure activities (outdoor swimming pool, tennis) can be reached in 3 km by car or hiking boots! Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Cozy cabin to relax! The hut has 45 m² of living space, a terrace, 1000 m² garden, campfire pit, etc. Hiking trail, mountain bike trail runs right past the cabin! The nearest hut on the mountain is about 35 minutes away on foot. St. Gotthard 800 m with inn The town of Texing is about 3 km away with a bakery, gas station, Adeg market, cafe, inn, pizzeria, etc. There are a few bee colonies on the property of my beekeeping K(r)asser Bio Honig, which also gives you the opportunity to watch them at work!

In a prime location in the center of Mariazell: ✓ Approximately 25 meters to the cable car valley station. ✓ about 3 minutes' walk to the basilica The property is a starting point for many hiking trails, such as the one to the Bürgeralpe or to Lake Erlauf. The end station of the Mariazell train is approx. 15 minutes walk from the property, the bus station in the village is about 10 minutes walk.

Organic farm with sauna & fitness

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

The owner's family live opposite the accommodation in the same property. We speak German, English, French, Portuguese and Hungarian. Spend a little time in this fascinating countryside :-))

The family-friendly apartment is located on the first floor of a new residential complex in the St. Sebastian district. Within walking distance you will find both the Bürgeralpe ski slope and ski school (approx. 3 minutes), as well as shopping (Spar, Billa). In about 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lake Erlauf (by car). The center of Mariazell with its beautiful basilica and some shops can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot.
