Designed for families, suitable as the starting point for a thousand and one excursions in the Park, it is a treasure trove of relaxation surrounded by nature.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend. Our attic, overlooking the valley, has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet area on the edge of the woods in the Gran Paradiso National Park. Ideal for summer and winter vacations, including hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, and trekking. A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

The holiday apartment Appartamento 403 con sauna privata is located in Cogne and boasts direct access to the ski slopes. The 38 m² property consists of a living room with a sleeping area, a kitchen, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning.
