Bathroom: toilet, walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer. 4th room with table football game. Due to Belgian legislation, you must bring your own linen (sheets & towels), pillows and duvet are provided. Welcome to Tiny Houses Ham "Houten Huisje", our cozy vacation cottage, ideally located in the heart of the cycling and hiking paradise of Limburg. This charming accommodation offers all the comfort you need for a carefree vacation. Our cottage is located at the back of our spacious garden, where peace and privacy are paramount. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and electric heating. We provide towels, shampoo, soap.

You can park the car inside the fence. The chalet has utilities, water, electricity and central heating and has a unique view of the pond. You can spot rare birds such as the kingfisher. There is Wi-Fi and a smart TV. The coffee maker is a Senseo. In the neighborhood, there are eateries and supermarkets.

Situated 3.5 km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have access to your own private 6 person Jacuzzi. There are mountain-bike and hiking trails starting in our back yard and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB or MTB to try these out.
