It is located south facing with a large balcony and especially 1.5 km from the train stations. 5 minutes walk from the tram (3 stops from the train stations) as well as small shops 200 m. I would like to point out that my apartment is a smoking apartment and I live in this apartment so all my belongings are there. I obviously leave room in the fridge. The apartment has seen a lot of use but it is very warm with the advantage of being in a quiet residence. Looking forward to it. 😊
