The hen house

Relax with the family at Hønsehuset. Unique little cabin between Lillesand and Dyreparken with a total of 6 beds! In 1965, the old chicken coop was converted to a rental cabin, hence the great name😊 The cabin is an annex, but although the houses are close together, it feels both private and peaceful. There is the possibility of taking a swim from a private jetty, about 90 metres from the sea. Otherwise, the cabin has a garden area and a veranda at the back. It takes 10-12 minutes to drive to Dyreparken and 7 minutes to Lillesand.

Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.
