The cabin has a large jetty on the downside of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest sea bathing temperature in Norway (according to the travel radio). Short distance to the zoo, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope on the front but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with tables and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV form. Built-in terrace with sliding door/windows. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds 2 bedrooms with double beds.

Great newly built architect cabin. 3 goals undisturbed plot down to the lake, private jetty and diving board. The cabin is built with the best material choices. A total of 5 bedrooms (3 extra mattresses possible on the 2nd floor) 2 bathrooms, large and airy dining room and living room with fireplace and magical views of Kvåsefjorden. Exterior seating on all sides. Road all the way up and possibility for charging electric car on the plug. Jacuzzi that keeps 40 degrees all year round. Beautiful Sauna. Boat from Easter, 2 Kayaks and a paddle board.

Driving times: 10 min to Lillesand and Brekkestø, 20 min to the Zoo, Ikea and Sørlandssenteret, 30 min to Grimstad, Kristiansand and Kjevik airport, 40 min to Arendal. Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.
