With its 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 50m2 terrace and plenty of parking space, there is plenty of room for everyone. Only 20 minutes away from the Zoo in Kristiansand, short distance to hiking trails, beaches and the city center. Playground right next to the driveway. Please present the travel companions and background for the stay/purpose of the trip when requesting a stay. Families with children are prioritized.

The house is located at the end of the road, so there is no traffic in the area. 70 meters to the beach and jetty with boat that is included in the rent. New boat Pioneer 14 with 9.9 Yamaha with electric start and chart plotter available from 20.06. Before 20.06, it is GH14 with 9.9 suzuki. Long beach that is suitable for the little ones. Large lawn with trampoline by the beach. Sup boards and kayaks can be borrowed. By boat you are in Norway's finest archipelago with many small islets and islands. Sauna available for tenants.

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to orderly people. Panoramic views of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feeling, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. You don't need to bring soap, shampoo, etc. And some basic goods will be available for free disposal. Everyone who rents with us is greeted with a nice welcome gift.

Approx. 30 min drive to the zoo at Kristiansand. Our guests come to a home we love very much. Here there is plenty of space and we think our home is characterized by warmth, history and good facilities.
