In the center you will find our cozy pedestrian street with bustling life. Svaberg and beaches are a 15-minute walk away. Both the city center and bathing areas have parking available. Sørlandssenteret and the Zoo are only 15 min drive away. Bus connections are also available near the house. We warmly welcome you to our house.

Bright apartment of 56 m². 12 min walk to the city center and 300 m to the lake. 15 min drive to the zoo. The studio consists of a kitchen-living room solution, 1 bedroom, bathroom, hallway and a small storage room. There is a TV with chrome cast. The kitchen has basic equipment. There is a playground, volleyball and football field right by the apartment. Possibility of bathing from the jetty 300m away. Good bus connections to Kristiansand, Grimstad and Arendal (every half hour). The bus goes to the Zoo.
