A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Welcome to this fully renovated stone family house dating from 1789, situated in the heart of the Morvan in Château-Chinon, 15–30 minutes from the major lakes (Pannecière – Les Settons) and the Gallo-Roman town of Autun. This very old and traditional Morvan building offers you all the comforts of its 122 m² of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs. A fully enclosed garden / courtyard with dining and/or relaxation area with sunbeds, which can also safely accommodate cars and/or motorcycles.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

So welcome to the woods and bocage! 🌳🌳🌳 The house, with its cosy atmosphere, has a large garden on the edge of the forest with a beautiful panorama of the Nièvre bocage. For your comfort, linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) is included in the price and the beds are made on arrival. This large, fully renovated 3* cottage offers a quiet stay to meet with friends or family, or simply for a stopover night to discover our beautiful region. Located in the heart of a pretty little village on the edge of the Canal du Nivernais, lovers of nature, fishing, walking or cycling will find happiness there. Possibility to rent a room or to rent the entire accommodation for up to 15 people. 6 large 160 beds and 4 90 beds, bed linen and towels provided.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Very quiet site, perfect for relaxing, and observing nature and the stars. The late season is often very pleasant in Morvan and the colors of the forests are extraordinary. Sleeps 4 people.
