Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rower. Optional, bedroom in an old hay attic (2 pers.) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but 2 electric hobs and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates… Hikes from the house, games (boules, ping-pong, badminton) and bike rental.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighbourhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places of healing, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the calm of the hamlet is required.

The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. The small furnished building is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room allows you to stay up to 4 people. The private terrace, with shade and sun nooks, offers you views of the surrounding nature. Perfect for a holiday in the countryside.

Nice little house in the center of the village without vis-à-vis. Away from the road, with a large lot, your children will be able to have fun with their pets. This Morvandelle house is very simple with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant little stay in complete independence. You can enjoy nature in absolute calm. The Settons and Pannecière lakes are nearby to enjoy the pleasure of water activities or fishing.

Bright Tiny House

The equipped terrace with panoramic views of the natural surroundings give you the feeling of freedom and space. It is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers where every season has its assets.

Gîte le Cellier des Moines (Morvan)

Characterful cottage, adjoining the owner but independent, in the hamlet of Commagny in Moulins-Engilbert (58), located in the membership area of the Parc naturel régional du Morvan. Very quiet site, perfect for resting, and observing nature and stars. The off-season is often very pleasant in Morvan and the colors of the forests are extraordinary. Can accommodate 4 people.
