SeaShell Apartment

SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας στη μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Αιγαίο, χαλαρώστε στον κήπο ή ψήστε στο BBQ. Οι παροχές περιλαμβάνουν Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, πλυντήριο πιάτων και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο.

It's a traditional island villa built by our family with love, respecting the island's identity, nature and architecture. The villa is spacious and ideal for 6 guests. Το διαμέρισμα 80τ.μ που βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο της οικίας μου στα Λιμενάρια της όμορφης Θάσου(περιοχή Άρμενο).Απέχει 200 μέτρα από οργανωμένη παραλία.Πρόκειται για έναν πλήρως λειτουργικό χώρο,κατάλληλο να φιλοξενήσει μια πολυμελή οικογένεια. Το εσωτερικό αποτελείται από μια σαλονοκουζίνα,2 υπνοδωμάτια και 1 μπάνιο. Διαθέτει:ΤV,wifi,πλυντήριο,ψυγειοκαταψύκτη,κλιματισμό και ανεμιστήρες οροφής. To μπάρμπεκιου λειτουργεί κατόπιν συνεννόησης.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε Πευκοδάσος,σε ήσυχο περιβάλλον με θέα το δάσος και το βουνό.Βρίσκεται πάνω από το κέντρο του χωριού όπου μπορεί να βρει κανείς ότι χρειάζεται και θέλει!Σούπερ μάρκετ,εστιατόρια,φαρμακεία,μαγαζιά... Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: Δίπλα σε δάσος,είναι αυτόνομα δωμάτια σε στυλ vintage με τουαλέτα, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και free wifi... Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο και οικογένειες (με παιδιά).

Public free parking right behind the house. There is a bakery, coffee shop, mini market, shops nearby. The sea is 250 meters away on foot, very easy access by road without hills or stairs. The house is brand new, state-of-the-art construction 2024. There are awnings for shade on the balconies.
