Beachfront holiday rentals in Limnionas

We have never stayed in a place like Penelope and Konstantin. Exceeded all of our expectations, and that is despite reading previous reviews. The house is lovely, quiet, spotless, equipped above and beyond with everything we could think of, walking distance of about ten minutes from the village itself, on the seaside. Pleasure from arrival to departure. In all dilemmas there was an immediate and efficient response. We would definitely recommend to our friend and would love to come back ourselves to this lovely place.

The house is great. Beautiful, pleasant and complete. It's better than the photos in my opinion. And hosts are thoughtful and helpful. The location of the house is perfect because it is quiet and away from noise and traffic but at the same time very close on foot to restaurants cafes and the beach. If your plan is visiting the area, I can confidently introduce you to the space. You'll be very happy

What an amazing place! Ideal for families or those who want to spend some quiet time overlooking and very close to a beautiful beach that doesn't get crowded. The shaded front yard is wonderful, allowing you to spend most of your time outdoors. Aristea was extremely helpful and responsive. We would love to be back! Kostas Moissoglu

Beautiful house and a very private location. Views are breathtaking! Felt like at home as the house was well equipped and spacious. Amazing and very supportive communication. The most beautiful locations in Eastern Pilion are nearby such as Milopotamos beach, Fakistra beach, Tsagarada Platia. We really enjoyed our stay!

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

We LOVED staying in Niki's beautiful and modern home. It was recently built (3 years ago), had an amazing pool, lots of relaxing areas to sit, and the view was impeccable! The location was wonderful for our family. Traditional fishing village 5 min drive away. Could run the road in the morning for a great workout. One of the most highly reviewed beaches is 3 minutes away. Very private and completely safe (the island is so safe!). Niki was so kind and helpful. Met us at the ferry so that we could follow her to the house. She came one afternoon so that we could do laundry and was always flexible on timing as our day plans got changed. Her recommendations were wonderful, and always seemed to do anything she could to make our holiday stress free. She left great honey and a greek drink for us to enjoy. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Despina was a fabulous host she gave us so much information regarding the island and where to go she helped us with restaurants, with the boat hire and she was there for our every need and nothing was too much trouble!! She text my husband most days to check we were happy and everything was ok! Which of course it was as the Villa was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the private beach which you could access from the garden down some steps which took about five minutes or so. We would definitely stay here again and we also loved Skiathos! We had a simply fantastic time staying at Kostas and Sofia's Calypso Villa. The setting is jaw dropping... every morning I would walk out of the master bedroom and be confronted with the most stunning view, through the wide giant windows of the living room, of the sea and mountains of the mainland behind. The villa is simple but super comfortable. The main living room/kitchen combined with the deck feels huge and with the constant companion of that amazing view. The pool - very cold! - great between sunbathing stints. And our three children - one teen and two tweens - loved the table tennis. We had not been to Evia before and really loved the 'off the beaten track' feel of it, so close to Athens and yet feeling very traditional and rural. Dafni itself has one taverna, above the beach, and there's another in Neotrivia (4-5 minute drive) where we also bought bread each morning from the tiny back street bakery. Sofia and Kostas are super helpful and friendly and we'd love to go back.

We had an unforgettable vacation in Kostas' house in the best October weather. The direct location by the sea and the incredibly beautiful view, the good amenities of the house and the entire ambience ensured a perfect vacation. The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. It is spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. We especially liked the pool and the barbecue corner with stone oven. Communication with Kostas was always very nice. He gave us many great tips. One of the best places we've ever stayed. We will be happy to come back and look forward to next time.

Marika was a wonderful host who greeted us on arrival and showed us around the apartment which was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The air con was effective, the Wi-Fi was reliable and the pool was stunning. The apartment was about 100 metres from the sea and the area was very peaceful. Marika gave us recommendations for places to eat/things to do and always responded to our queries quickly. There was a problem with the water in the apartment one morning but Marika sorted it out very quickly for us. She was a fantastic host and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nice and clean place to stay. Nea Styra is not very big. It's great if you just want to relax. Otherwise, a car is recommended to drive to Karystos, for example. 100 m in front of the apartment is a small, secluded beach. You can swim well here. Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

If you want to have private beatch, breathtaking view and quiet place this house should be perfect choice. Vivian and Dimitris are very friendly, always fast response on any questions. For sure we will come again!

We stayed over the othodox Easter and enjoyed the house and the area around the house. The check in and communication was very easy and we always received quick answers from Ekterini. We had two babies with us and there was plenty enough space in the bedrooms to place a baby bed next to the beds. I recommend this stay!

Souzana was a wonderful host, very helpful and kind. The Vila is newly renovated with attention to details and has everything you need for your stay. Our family had a great time there. It is less than a minute walk to the beach! We highly recommend and hope to visit again.

We stayed at Paulo's little apartment for two nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The space is compact but clean and very usable. It had a comfortable bed and pull out couch, a small kitchen (in which we successfully prepared two meals) and a clean bathroom that had a good, hot shower. The absolute highlight of this listing is the private beach, which is everything you might imagine. Secluded, quiet and beautiful. The water was wonderful and calm for a swim. All in all I highly recommend this place for a break. We will certainly look to return soon.

Beautiful apartment at excellent location. I stayed with my family and really enjoyed privacy and proximity to the beach also very close to Skopelos town - few min drive for any supplies. There is an excellent restaurant right above the beach and 5 min walk. Very quiet place with stunning views of the Stafylos beach.

Stunning house inside and out, decorated with impeccable taste and everything you could ever need. Outside space fantastic with a view to die for. When it’s not windy, the sea in front of the house is gorgeous, with plenty of fish and even starfish. The whole place is a sea of tranquility, completely quiet, which allows for some of the best night’s sleep we have ever had (the extremely comfortable beds and blackout blinds also help!). Ioan was very friendly and easy to contact, and gave us excellent suggestions for nearby beaches. Local tavernas reachable by car in only a few minutes, serving delicious food. Overall, a fantastic place if what you want is tranquility and days at the beach without being bothered by other people. We couldn’t have asked for more and can’t wait to come back!
