In zona ( 5 minuti a piedi) farmacie, supermercato, tabaccherie, gastronomie e banche. Di fronte all'ingresso del palazzo si trova la sede delle Poste Centrali. A 10 metri postazione ricarica auto elettriche. Stazione ferroviaria e Ospedale Civile S.Croce a 15 minuti a piedi.

L’ascensore si ferma al quarto , l’ultima rampa per arrivare al quinto va fatta a piedi : entrata, cucinotta, grande soggiorno con zona pranzo, due camere da letto e bagno con vasca. 5 posti letto con la possibilità di arrivare ad 8 tramite brandine pieghevoli. parcheggio condominiale e garage. C era una volta in un piccolo villaggio immerso nella pace e tra gli ulivi ,una casetta in pietra. Al piano terra una mangiatoia, al primo piano un fienile ed un essicatoio. Sono passati 300 anni e la casetta è ancora lì, interamente ristrutturata con le comodità moderne ma con il cuore in un passato fuori dal tempo. Terrazza soleggiata dove prendere il sole in totale privacy e patio dove mangiare al chiaro di luna. Da vivere al fresco in estate o al caldo in inverno con la persona che ami.

Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.
