The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. A little taste of peaceful countryside 15 minutes from the heart of Lyon.

We welcome you to a charming studio in the heart of old Chazay, a medieval village voted "most beautiful village of the Rhône 2023", peaceful, with pretty golden stones. Ideally located close to shops, in a quiet lane. You can reach Lyon or Villefranche-sur-Saône in less than 25 minutes or visit the vineyards and other beautiful villages of Beaujolais. Train and bus access close by to reach Lyon and Villefranche. 3-minute walk to the École de la Voix.

From the living room and bedrooms you can access a large terrace, an outdoor 15 x 4 m saltwater pool, many deckchairs and armchairs available.

Located in the heart of the village of Limonest, the accommodation is close to all shops (bakeries, Casino, butcher shop, pharmacy, etc.). You are close to Lyon either by the M6 or by bus (Line 21, at the foot of the accommodation), the Techlid business park and at the foot of the Monts d'Or to go for a walk. The place is bright thanks to its west-facing orientation and openings (including Velux).

It consists of a living room with TV area and sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, a large bedroom with 160 bed (opening onto the living room through a glass wall), and a shower room. Possibility of a baby bed in the bedroom. The bay window opens onto the garden where a barbecue area will be set up just for you (when the season is right).
