La Bâtie - La Tour

Organised as a duplex, your bed and breakfast consists of a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom, and a living room equipped with a kitchen. The decor combines tradition and modernity, the original stone and terracotta floors alongside the canvases of a contemporary artist. These two spaces total a beautiful area of 40 m2, they are connected by a magnificent wrought iron spiral staircase that can be very narrow! Private parking at an additional cost.

Located near a fortified house and a typical farmhouse in northern Ardèche, this cottage will seduce you with its quiet setting and exceptional views. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.

Parties and receptions are not accepted. Located in the heart of the Rhône Valley, halfway between Lyon and Valence, the Plaine gîte offers a 100 m² independent house that is quiet and full of charm, accommodating up to five people. Close to the Rhône Valley vineyards (Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, Château-Grillet, Saint Joseph...) and the Pilat mountain range, and close to the activity sites of Feyzin and Roussillon or the Saint Alban power station.
