We had a lovely 3 night stay at this beach vibe condo. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

Unit 102 felt right at home! And the views right out the patio are absolutely incredible. The instructions to get in were clear and easy to follow. There was some neighbor noise from above us, but that’s expected being on the bottom floor. Will absolutely stay here again!!

Everything was just as described. Being right on the beach was great, central location in town, and Troy offered to provide suggestions for places to go in town. The whole process was super easy.

This condo was wonderful! The view from the balcony is INCREDIBLE right on the ocean! To get down to the beach it is just a short walk down the stairs. There was a good amount of space for my boyfriend and I to stay here for a week. There were plenty of pots, pans, utensils and kitchenware to do cooking and baking while we were there. They also had a binder full of nearby restaurant menus which was helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Had a great stay at Kieth’s loft. It is immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. You can tell he’s a super-host, he’s thought out all aspects of the guest experience. Stylish decor plus comfortable furniture and beds. Great location just steps from the NYE beach commercial area and a few steps more to the beach itself. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely stay here again!

A nice and quiet place with easy access to the beach. Property was very clean and well outfitted with all the essentials. Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the better Airbnbs that I have stayed at, it was an extremely reasonable price for all the amenities and cleanliness. There were great restaurants that were less than 10 minutes away. drive, and the beach was less than a 5-minute walk. Melanie is also a very responsive and understanding host, so easy to communicate with. I recommend this place to anyone, it was genuinely so beautiful.

From the look down the walkway. The view the calm of water and beach. We had the best time. From walk on the beach, making sandcastles to watching the sunset from the hot tub. Everything was great. Coffee shop was awesome breakfast, pasteries and excellent coffee. We cozied up on the couch watching the rain come down while watching movies in front of the fireplace. Grandkids loved the beach, games and hot tub. Beds were comfy and had all the comforts of home. We will for sure coming back. Martin, Julie, Alana & Marty

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

Amazing location and view. So spacious and great light. Huge balcony great for yoga and people/whale watching.

Don was very easy to work with and available to answer our questions. We arrived early and asked if we were able to check in Don was quick to respond and allowed us to check in prior to our scheduled time which we sincerely appreciated! His place was squeaky clean and has a great ocean view, can’t wait to book again in the future. Thank you Don!

I was surprised to find twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. That should be made more obvious in the description. Besides the internet being a bit difficult to log in to, everything else was wonderful. Stellar views. Peaceful environment. The unit had everything we needed. Lots to explore in the area. Host was super responsive. All in all we had a fantastic stay!

We had such a nice beach vacation at Surftides. Kimberly was a gracious host and our stay was easy and without any problems.

This place was beautiful! Super clean, beds (including the pull out bed) were very comfortable. The view is incredible with super easy access to the beach. I stayed with my kids and they didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend:)

The hot tub wasn’t working and the pool Is barely heated at 82 degrees. But the kids had fun and it was a great space. It was so nice having the game room to go to also. Loved staying steps away from the beach. Perfect for a family getaway.

This was a great condo with a beautiful beach front view. It was wonderful that they provide a full kitchen with kitchenware. The shower heads were a little finicky but nothing too bad. Overall great place, I would stay again!

The room was fully stocked with everything you could possibly think of. One of our children had gotten a small cut on her and I forgot to pack antibiotic ointment and bandaids. I searched the kitchen and found a first aid kit with all of that in it. We didn’t pack lawn chairs for the beach because we didn’t have the room in our vehicle, but this room had some there! Sand all over the floor from the beach? No problem! The room has a vacuum! Literally it had everything we needed and more! Plus the view alone was worth every last penny! Excellent location AND best part, I found a glass float on the beach right out by our walkway to the beach, just steps from our room! Best vacation ever. Thank you! We will definitely be back soon!

The location is perfect for a quick getaway at the coast.
