The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und das 6000 Quadratmeter große Grundstück grenzt mit 3 Seiten an einen märchenhaften Wald, gelegen zentral in Kärnten und nur ca. 3 Kilometer von Velden am Wörthersee entfernt. Im Haus befinden sich 2 Wohneinheiten zu denen je ein Parkplatz gehört. TOP:2 ist eine kleine komplett eigenständige Wohnung, die über eine Außentreppe erricht wird. Dazu gehört ein wunderschönes, geräumiges Schlafzimmer eine kleine Küche und Bad das alleine benutzt wird.

In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

It has been made with natural materials such as wood and clay which makes it a comfortable and a healthy stay. There are free scotters available for you to use.
