The train station is 10 minutes away and the center is also 10 minutes away. Dortmund-Ems Canal for cycling routes is almost at the front door and offers beautiful routes.

The small half-timbered house is located at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest, near the Dortmund-Ems Canal. The non-smoking guest house can accommodate up to 3/4 people on 2 levels on approx. 60 square meters. Downstairs: Large, open area, with kitchen, living room and guest bed. The bathroom with shower is in the next room. Upper floor: Bedroom with double bed (1.40 m by 2.00 m). On the fenced property you will find a seating area, including a grill. Dogs and horses can also vacation with us!

In the immediate vicinity is the reservoir with its numerous sports and leisure facilities. In addition, the cottage is close to the local recreation area "Biener Busch".
