Exceptional in a small cove by the sea

From the terrace the view and access( by a staircase about 3 meters away) are direct. The apartment is air-conditioned for real comfort summer and winter. Wifi, TV, washing machine. The location close to the village and the port allows you to walk to enjoy the shops and nightlife. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house and is adjoining another apartment separated by a wall. From May to October the apartment is rented from Saturday to Saturday.

Beautiful new T2 furnished very well equipped, with its feet in the water (terrace overlooking the beach, access to... only 10 meters!!) in a new residence equipped with a very nice heated pool, located in the municipality of Linguizzetta.
