Welcome to the farm! We welcome you to the spacious, comfortably furnished and fully renovated house in a quiet location in the heart of the Loir Valley. You will find many activities in the surrounding area (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.). Zoo de la Flèche is 20 minutes away, the 24H circuit is 25 minutes away, the 24H and Baugé golf courses are 25 minutes away, as are Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike and Lake Mansigné. Whether you come with your family or with friends, you'll feel right at home!

Detached spacious well equipped 2 bedroom property. Tastefully renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms with quality bedding and towels. Very quiet and peaceful location - ideally situated to explore all that La Loire Valley has to offer. Double bedroom with en-suite. Second bedroom - 3 single beds that can be made into king size bed and 1 single. Additional separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs shower room also. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining.
