A cozy separate apartment with a fireplace in a new family house is located in the village of Sučany, just a few minutes from the city center, ski resorts, beautiful nature suitable for hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, fishing, or swimming in nature or in aquaparks. You can sit in the warm weather in the garden with the possibility of barbecue, or in the cold weather by the fireplace, use the infrared sauna for 2 people. Also there is a travel cot (3rd person), massage services. Infrared sauna and wood is for a fee of 5€/day.

The cottage is located on a beautifully situated plot with a panoramic view of the mountains, along the trail leading to Wielka Rycerzowa. The cottage is easily accessible by asphalt road. The cottage has its own private zone, which provides full intimacy and comfort of rest.

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

You can park your car in a private parking lot and go straight to the evening city. Or relax in a rocking chair overlooking the sky. Na poschodí 2-lôžková posteľ, na prízemí rozkladací gauč. Súčasťou priestoru je kompletne zariadená kuchyňa, kompletná kúpeľňa s WC a sprchovacím kútom. Kúrenie je zabezpečené elektrickými fóliami priamo v hlinených omietkach a unikátnou 100 ročnou nórskou liatinovou pecou (v zime musia klienti prikúriť pripraveným drevom )

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

We will be happy to welcome you and your family to the apartment in Martin-Záturčie. The center can be reached by car in 7 minutes. There is also a public transport stop near the apartment. The apartment has 3 rooms. It is fully equipped. A dedicated parking space is available (free of charge). There are ski resorts nearby - Winter Park Martinky, Valčianska dolina, Jasenská dolina. In summer, the possibility of hiking in Malá and Veľká Fatra.

This rustic house built in traditional Slovak style is in the centre of a little village called Zaskalie - Manínska Gorge, in a heart of national nature reserve which features the narrowest canyon in Slovakia. It lies in the Súľov Mountains, 6 km (3.7 miles) from Považská Bystrica. With wild and rare flora and fauna, its perfect for rock climbers, nature lovers and families. It's a short walk from the crag and very comfortable.
