Comfortable apartment with frequent bus connections to the city centre. Free parking outside of the apartment was a huge plus. Patrick was quick to respond to our messages.

Kevin, was a great host. I booked last minute and he communicated very well. His apartment is also in a great location for the city!

Paula’s place was lovely and perfect to see Belfast! We loved the decor and the little essentials (milk, muffins) she left for us. Great place to stay if you are looking to be close to the airport too!

We just want to thank David for his amazing hospitality, it was a very rushed trip, after flight, we had a late lunch with family to attend. David kindly allowed an early check in and could not be more communicative or accomodating if he tried!. My husband ended up staying with family in the accommodation, whilst I did not see it sadly as I stayed with others as day flew, my husband stated it was perfection! There was even a bottle of wine left for guests but my husband did not get round to drinking it - he appreciated the gesture however. I will definitely book to stay at David's with our children on our next trip to Belfast. A wonderful host and a very kind man. A must stay in Belfast!!!

Tony was very good at communicating before and during my stay here. Location was ideal as just a short walk into the city and a small Tesco next door.

Quiet location great for access into the city for restaurants and bars. Parking was easy and always could get a space Great for a business trip needing access to the city hospital too.

Absolute 5 star AirBnB experience. Located within minutes of everything you need (groceries, train station, city centre, cathedral quarter, museums, pubs, restaurants, takeaway food, etc) Guest Experience was top notch, greeted with a personalized touch upon our arrival. The space was clean and a guest book is provided with instructions on how to use the many amenities in the house. Tara was quick and detailed in communications pre trip, during the trip, and post trip if we needed anything. Lastly, Tara has designed this home with immaculate care, creativity, and function. The attention to detail in this home is something of an award winning magazine and you’ll be taking photos of each room to share with your friends back home. One of the coolest AirBnB experiences and recommend everyone of all travel intents & purposes to book this home if it’s available.

This was a really great airbnb, I recommend it! It is extremely spacious, clean, and has great amenities like a big TV and a couple board games. It was a fantastic steal for the price and Catherine was so helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything.

Overall, we were very pleased with our choice of where to stay in Belfast. The first floor (up stairs) flat was good value and adequately equipped with a few outstanding examples. We knew there was a coffee machine that used pods and assumed we would pop out to buy some once we knew the brand. Well; there were some Dolce Gusto pods already provided and the 2 supermarkets across the street each sold more. Although Cregagh Road is a bit noisy, it is only the living room that is affected; the bedrooms face the quiet side street. Noise levels in the top flat will depend on the guests but the floorboards can be noisy.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! Absolutely pristine and beautiful. We were so comfortable, relaxed and happy. Amazing apartment, clean, had everything needed for a great stay. Will definitely be back. We found some great restaurants and pubs. It’s like a little village close to the city, but not quite in the city. Very convenient short journey by Glider (electric bus) to Belfast City centre in about 10 mins. Great host, would definitely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Elisa! 10/10 recommend!

Raymond was the perfect host! So helpful and responsive to all my questions! The house is stunning and so unique and beautiful in every way!

From when I first found Stuart’s home he was so patient with my barrage of question giving timely and thorough answers. When we arrived it was perfect. Clean, welcoming and great temperature. He had even left a welcome ‘basket’ for us. Just perfect! What a lovely touch . We walked into centre every day, only a 25 minute walk, but there is a bus from outside the door and a train about a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself is so cosy. Wonderfully clean. The water pressure is amazing and no running out of hot water. The towels were fluffy and thick. We used the washer / dryer and it was perfect. (I brought my own soap) Stuart had left a house ‘manual’ which had lots of great info. Lovely 😻 My friend slept in the bed and I, the sofa bed, no issues there. Very comfortable. I loved the fact that Stuart and Elaine are sustainable. Rubbish separated etc - great touch. If you’re looking for somewhere in Belfast, stay here!! I hope to visit again - thank you so much. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great spot in a private road with easy access to all the Lisburn Road has to offer & easy to get into town. Nicola is a fantastic host and clear & responsive communicator. Would book again

This place was a great find! Only took roughly 40 minutes to walk to central with lots of shops around, including a Tesco 5 minutes round the corner. David was very clear and helpful with any queries we had.

Nothing but positive comments about this Belfast apartment. Veronica responded quickly to our enquiries prior to our arrival. The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen. It is located in a great central location, easy walking distance to all that Belfast has to offer. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend this apartment to our friends. Thanks Veronica, we had an enjoyable stay.

Nicola greeted us at the property and was really helpful and lovely while checking us in. The apartment is very spacious and has everything and more you’d need. There was nice wee touches, the hosts left us cookies and doughnuts. Lots of board games, books etc. location was good, walkable to city centre and Boucher playing fields for the festival we were attending. Also the hosts were very kind to let us keep our cases at the apartment after check out since our flight was later on. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

I recently stayed at Ian's flat and had a positive experience overall. The flat was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Ian was a fantastic host, communicating promptly and effectively throughout my stay. However, the location was a bit of a drawback. While the flat itself was comfortable, it was a 20-minute walk to the city center, which could be inconvenient for some. Additionally, the immediate vicinity lacked a supermarket, although a Tesco was within walking distance. The area felt a bit deserted at times. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would recommend this flat for those seeking a quiet and comfortable stay.

Lucy and Clare’s place was a perfect place to stay for our weekend in Belfast. It was an easy walk to the city centre and many great restaurants, bars and attractions. Lucy and Clare were extremely accommodating and flexible, kindly letting us check out late.

fantastic property. beautiful decor. 2 bathrooms both with toilet & shower. short drive into the centre if you’re they’re for the nightlife / bars (£8 in a taxi) large Tesco literally at the top of the street. property had everything you need towels, hairdryer. victoria was very helpful and was able to allow us an earlier check in, very responsive to messages and ensuring everything was ok with our stay. thank you for helping us have a fantastic weekend for my friends birthday x

Excellent stay in this apartment, and the host was always attentive. I would not hesitate to return to this apartment, we felt right at home. It also had many more elements than those initially described.

Location was great for an easy waterside walk into town. Bonus was the American Bar on the corner. Tesco store within a ten minute walk if you need to stock up. Connor was an approachable and friendly host. We got to meet him because he had just finished prepping the place as we arrived early. We were expecting some hassle with parking but this was solved by Connor providing an off-street, covered parking space for the duration of our stay. He was able to provide several recommendations for places to visit and made sure that we were settled in comfortably. We had no doubt that had any problems arisen he would have sorted them out promptly and efficiently. Thanks Connor. Sean, Yvonne, Tom and Jane
