Jane was a very welcoming host, responding quickly to our request and she supplied some lovely little additional touches, the cottage itself is very close to the hosts home, but not too intrusive. It's in a very quiet position, we could not hear the road at all and included an enclosed garden for our dog. It was an easy walk into Dulverton high street with all its amenities.

Wow this Airbnb is a true gem, immaculately clean, the attention to detail goes way, above and beyond any air bnb experience I've had to date. Fresh bread and fresh scones, a selection of jams, butter, teas coffees.. All the amenities you could ask for. An idyllic setting.. Peaceful and private the bed was super super comfortable, waterfall shower was amazing after a long day on the motorbike. I can and will thoroughly recommend this to all of my friends especially those who ride. A perfect spot so close to exmoor. Lynda was such a brilliant host, communication was excellent she really went above and beyond to make the stay as brilliant as it could be.

Neither James nor the house can take responsibility for the weather, but what we had was unendingly spectacular. 7 straight days of sunshine while, apparently, it rained in Spain. This is VERY unusual for the area, but really made the moore and farmland surrounding the cottage shine. Even if it had rained and been blustery, the cottage is fitted with an excellent heating system and a wood fire in the living room. Hotwater for the kitchen and bathrooms is prompt and plentiful. Recently renovated with good (rather than cheap) furniture choices made, the house is in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked and while the oven was a bit mysterious to operate, everything worked well. Pastoral by day, truly dark sky by night, and a strong selection of both gastro-pubs and wonderful footpaths on which to reach them right out the door from the property.

This was a great find; cozy cottage, has everything one needs to self-cater. Sandra also made a wonderful effort to make it feels welcoming; pre-heating it with a heater, ingredients and instructions for cocktails, and even chocolate for Easter. It's those personal touch which made it so special. Very responsive to messages. Would highly recommend.
