Spacious, open living room with 6 m to the ceiling integrated with open, fully equipped kitchen. In the front is a paved driveway for 2 cars in line and a welcoming, furnished terrace facing a beautiful garden with a small pool and an outdoor shower.

My flat is located in the center of Pipa, directly at Central beach (Praia do Centro) and 50 meters away from the main street. From the balcony you have a beautiful sea view. The flat has a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, airconditioning, a bathroom with hot shower and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, a toaster, electric kettle, plates, cups and cutlery. The flat is on the 2nd floor, on the 3rd floor is the swimming pool with bar and a great view on Central beach.
