This brand new well equipped Shepherds hut is nestled just outside the village of Cressbrook and boasts stunning views and sunsets over the Wye Valley. The location offers a perfect base for exploring the Peak District with a wide choice of walks or cycle routes from the door. Access to the Monsal Trail is just a 10 minutes walk away, and the villages of Litton and Tideswell are also easily accessible by foot.

Idyllic, The Coach House, Ashford-in-the-Water

This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. *Please note - bathroom refurbishment (completed 1st March 2026) The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but no longer a separate shower.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. This delightful Grade II listed cottage nestling in the picturesque Peak District benefits from being only a few steps away from the village store, tearoom, 2 cracking pubs & Rafters restaurant ! Cycle on the Monsal Trail or walk in the stunning grounds at Chatsworth House, both are easily accessible and glorious views await. A visit to the nearby Bakewell to sample the infamous Bakewell Pudding, is also a must! Our aim has been to make The Bobbin, an extremely comfortable 'home from home' .

A truly delightful, mid terraced, natural stone-built cottage in the picturesque village of Great Longstone in the Peak District. Oak floors and exposed stone walls add to the character of this cottage, added to that the wood burner to curl up by after a day exploring this beautiful part of the country. The pretty village of Great Longstone is set in a wonderful location in the heart of the Peak District National Park, flanked by Longstone Edge, with Bakewell and Chatsworth House close by.

Our lovely 18th century cottage was completely renovated to the highest standard in 2016 with solid oak fittings throughout offering guests luxury and homely accommodation. The cottage easily accommodates 3 people with one double bedroom with king size bed and one spacious single bedroom. The cottage has full central heating with radiators in all rooms, and under floor heating in the kitchen. For extra cosy nights there is also a log burning stove in a Derbyshire gritstone fireplace.

A private, self-contained, en-suite annex, next to the River Wye, in a tranquil setting. Direct access to covered decking area & shared garden so you can enjoy the water, wildlife and countryside. Food prep area with fridge, microwave, sink, kettle & toaster. Plenty of walks from the doorstep, cycle routes and climbing opportunities. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

Applehoe Cottage is a beautifully refurbished country cottage nestled in the heart of the village of Great Longstone nr Bakewell. This 2 bedroomed holiday cottage is perfect for a romantic hideaway or cosy family retreat. Dog Friendly, we can accept 1 dog, and an additional fee of £30.00 is payable. Idyllic village location with a shop & two great pubs within walking distance. A short walk to the Monsal Trail & the perfect base to visit Derbyshires fine country estates.

Chert Cottage is a delightful and private two bedroomed detached cottage in the centre of Great Longstone. The cottage sits off the road with its own drive, great gardens and private patio, along with ample private parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. All of this in the wonderfully picturesque Peak District village of Great Longstone, just minutes from the Monsal trail and Chatsworth House. Bakewell is also close by, along with lots of walking opportunities.
