The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! If you love tranquil cozy cabins in the woods, you will love Sylvatica Ecolodge! Sylvatica is a latin word meaning "of the forest" and this lodge is exactly that. It's a 4-acre property adjacent to the Hiawatha National Forest with a very diverse mature hardwood forest, a 0.5 acre planted prairie, a pond, woodland plant gardens, and butterfly/hummingbird gardens. The property includes a 0.3 mile long interpretive nature trail explaining the natural environment and history.

Our newly built apartment has two bedrooms, a living area, a dining area, and a kitchenette. Walk out to a balcony that overlooks a private yard surrounded by woods, grill a steak on the Weber grill, walk to the beach for an evening swim, and come back and cook marshmallows around a cozy campfire.
