Monthly Rentals in Little Waldingfield

We had a lovely stay at Primrose Cottage whilst visiting family. The cottage was very clean and tidy and well decorated. We had our 9 month old and dog with us and felt really comfortable there. There’s no dedicated parking but that wasn’t a problem as there was lots of on street parking available. We found a lovely walk called The Gainsborough Trail just over the road which was ideal for walking our dog! Would definitely stay here again

Debs is a fantastic host that was very helpful and understanding given that we had car issues and couldn't check out on time. We felt right at home in the house and will certainly appreciate to come back there next time!

Colin and Linda were absolutely wonderful hosts! We stayed for an extended period while awaiting the completion of our house, and they made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Their communication was always prompt and helpful, making our long stay much smoother. What truly stood out was their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. When we found ourselves needing daycare for our dog, they stepped in to help us out, which was a huge relief! Their generosity and understanding were truly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. We highly recommend Colin and Linda to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming Airbnb experience. They made our transitional period so much easier. The blacksmiths cottage brings quaint charming Suffolk life with a Modern amenities without losing its charm. Felt like a hotel level of comfort- we especially loved the copper bath and large shower. White company toiletries upped the luxury feel. The location in the centre of Lavenham opposite famous buildings like The De Vere House and the Priory ensures you are right in the middle of all those beautiful buildings. Plus a short stroll to The Swan for evening drinks and a game of scrabble! Many glorious walks on the doorstep or a short drive away. You won’t regret booking this place. Matthew is a wonderful, kind and helpful host. We had a most relaxing stay. Thank you!
