The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the town hall square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the studio is both central and tucked away, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet and simplicity while still being close to all the action.

In my Cycladic Studio, which is 39 sq.m. and is located in the heart of Serifos Town you will find peace and tranquility. Walking only 3 minutes on foot through the traditional steps of Chora, and close to the Castle where you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a bus or taxi station. The studio is fully equipped with the necessary for your stay. To access the house you will need to climb about 25 steps.!
