The property was completely rebuilt in 2020 by a local Architect in the grounds of one of the Pays d'Auge's famous Manors Seigniorial. Situated 800m from Fervaques the property was designed for handicapped access throughout the ground floor. The 3 remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor. The site has been built with respect of the local traditions and is in the middle of 7.5ha estate that you can visit. The property is 35 mins from Deauville & the Normandy coast and 10 minutes from Lisieux

Built in the 17th century, this half-timber house is located in the city center of Livarot, the birthplace of the wooden cheese box and Livarot cheese. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay in the countryside is within walking distance, including restaurants, groceries, shops, and local sights. Accessible from Paris by train in less than 2 hours, we are located just 20 min by car from the SNCF Gare de Lisieux train station. The coast and beach are 53 km (50 min by car) at Deauville.
