The property was completely rebuilt in 2020 by a local Architect in the grounds of one of the Pays d'Auge's famous Manors Seigniorial. Situated 800m from Fervaques the property was designed for handicapped access throughout the ground floor. The 3 remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor. The site has been built with respect of the local traditions and is in the middle of 7.5ha estate that you can visit. The property is 35 mins from Deauville & the Normandy coast and 10 minutes from Lisieux
