For an unforgettable stay superbly equipped villa 8x3 heated swimming pool, wooded and illuminated exterior. The house has 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with shower on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs as well as a master suite with dressing room and shower. Air conditioning in all rooms, barbecue, 2 toilets (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). Large bay windows and high-end amenities for a comfortable and peaceful stay. 15 minutes from Grenoble 🚫Parties, evening gatherings and pets are not allowed.

One-bedroom ground-floor apartment 2 steps from the forest

Very well equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a modern house, with a nice view. We live in a quiet area, 20 meters from the start of the hiking trails and 25 minutes from the Chamrousse ski slopes. Main room with equipped kitchen and lounge/TV area, one bedroom (160 cm bed), one bathroom with washing machine. Close to Uriage (2.5 km from shops), you have access to a parking space inside the courtyard. We live next door and are happy to let you know what fun activities to do around our home.

An outdoor terrace area features a wooden deck with a seating arrangement, complemented by three large white planters containing green plants. The entrance to the living space is highlighted through glass doors, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

Independent accommodation of 60 m2 on the ground floor of our house, including an equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. The living room opens onto an outdoor terrace of 9 m2 and a private parking space. Located two kilometers from Uriage-les-Bains thermal baths, twenty minutes from Chamrousse ski resort, and ten minutes from the University of Grenoble. Easy access: hiking trails, farmers' markets, shops and restaurants, public transport.

Its garden and beautiful terrace will allow you to share peaceful moments with friends and family. Furnished 4-star accommodation for 7 people but can accommodate 9 people. Close to major ski areas including Alpe d'Huez and Les Deux Alpes. Free shuttle at the entrance of the hamlet in summer and winter for easy access to the resorts.

Charming 45 m2 cottage completely renovated, all comfort, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4-star rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little).

Venon is a small quiet village, which is 10 minutes from the Grenoble Universities Giéres train/tram station, 15 minutes from the Grenoble Saint Martin d'Hères university campus, 7 km from Grenoble, and 30 minutes from the first ski resort; Chamrousse.
