Nestled amid vineyards and scrubland, our family farmhouse La Sardagne enjoys panoramic views of the Pre-Alps mountain range. We thought of it as a bubble of serenity, in harmony with the surrounding nature. Bathed in light, the rooms invite you to enjoy the sweetness of life, to rediscover the soul of a vacation home. You will be in a quiet area, without neighbors, but also ready to discover all the surrounding riches (Ardèche gorges, Chauvet cave, villages of character...)

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Come and recharge your batteries at La Muyre in the heart of nature, lulled by the song of cicadas (sometimes also that of a donkey or rooster) and by the hooting of an owl... But you'll have to climb a ladder to go to bed on a mezzanine (1 or 2 seats), unless you prefer to sleep on the comfortable sofa (1 seat) in the alcove. Access to the pool (shared schedule) and the possibility of walking to the hiking trails and the river from the house...

The Studio (39 m2) is part of our renovated farm house surrounded by the vines of the cotes de rhone region, situated 10mins from the market town of Nyons noted for its olives & its olive oil; Comfortable walks or cycling or just relax by the pool/garden; POOL is open and heated from EASTER TILL BEGINNING OF OCTOBER EACH YEAR. The studio is composed of a mini kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Our house is located on Crest (2.5 km from the city center) in a very quiet and green area. 20 min walk - 5 min by bike or car from the center… Because it's downhill…!!! Parking with trailer is no problem. Our swimming pool (in season) and deckchairs are available.
