The apartment has a dining room with a kitchenette, balcony, sofa, and Smart TV. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. It is a ground floor apartment with easy access. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
