I am absolutely thrilled to welcome you to my home! 'Villa la Llum' is a tower with incredible sea views, built over 50 years ago as a retreat for a beautiful French actress. Owned by the family for 40 years, it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Situated in one of the most privileged locations in Llançà, the Villa offers an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, stunning views, tranquillity, and a unique natural setting.

An architect-designed villa on the wild coast with its beautiful coves for swimming in summer and walks in winter; the spacious villa with swimming pool and patios is located in a residential area, quiet, highly sought after for holidays with family or friends; an ideal place to recharge your batteries. It is not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility: stairs, direct access to the pool, garden in tiers, roof terrace so supervision impossible. No parties.

Typical village house, completely renovated and equipped. Very welcoming and convenient. You will find very quiet. It is a house with lots of light. It is located 5 minutes from all the services of the village (pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ...). To go to the beaches there is 15 minutes walking. It is located in a very quiet and calm village area. No problem parking. You will be able to park very close to the house. It does not have wifi.
