Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

Having free private parking for two cars it’s situated in the picturesque secluded village of Llangrannog only 650 metres from the idyllic sandy beach, with local amenities.

Our place is a self-contained studio flat on the edge of a little town. There is an excellent vegetarian cafe and health food shop 2+ minutes walk away. The town itself is bustling but relaxed with a friendly atmosphere. The river and castle are ten minutes walk away. The area is rich for places of outstanding natural beauty Our house is three hundred years old and has a lot of history. It stands just above the town and has some beautiful views over the valley. Open plan living area and kitchen are situated upstairs, to take advantage of the glorious views. The living area leads out to a decked balcony which overlooks the Afon Hawen Valley.
