You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 12 guests. There is a limit of 4 vehicles.

After - enjoy water views from the jacuzzi. We are located next to a private boat ramp so bring your boat and/or jet skis and park them at Timber Bay for the span of your stay. In the evenings there is a foosball table, multiple TV’s, family friendly board games and a stocked kitchen.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
